Quick N Swift Cleaning Cancellation Policy 24HR Cancellation: Clients may cancel or reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours notice before the appointment. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Same-Day Cancellation: Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. No Show: If cleaners arrive and cannot access the property or the client does not respond, the appointment is considered a no-show and 100% of the service price will be charged. Card on File: All bookings require a valid debit or credit card on file to secure the appointment and cover cancellation or no-show fees. Access to Property: Clients must provide safe and timely access to the property. If access is not provided within 15 minutes of arrival, the appointment may be classified as a no-show. Satisfaction Guarantee: Clients must report service issues within 24 hours. Quick N Swift will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge. Pricing Adjustments: Final pricing may change if the home's condition or the scope of work differs from what was originally booked or if additional services are requested.
